Sturgeon farming
The company uses state-of-the-art technologies from the world's leading manufacturers. Water for growing fish is taken from artesian wells from underground, which undergoes several degrees of purification. This is due to the fact that fish of these breeds live in exceptionally clean water.
For the first time in Uzbekistan, stocking material for these fish was produced by artificially fertilizing eggs, hatching the fry and rearing them to 10–15 g each. The hatch/survival rate exceeds 60% of the fertilized eggs, and a broodstock of 200 female sturgeon was established.
This method also implies adaptation to the local conditions of this technology, the entire technological chain of cultivation (the system of pre-treatment, aeration, circulation, cooling and heating of water) is designed and built by our own specialists. We did not resort to outside help, using only our accumulated experience over the years, the desire to create something important with our own hands and create conditions for the inhabitants of our country in which you can eat useful and elite fish without buying it at an inflated price and from an unknown manufacturer. Our goal is to make fish an affordable product for any Uzbek citizen.
The feed from the European brand Skretting, which we use, fully meets the requirements and has a "Halal" certificate. It has a low feed conversion ratio and provides a high growth rate. And thanks to the suspended particles of fish waste, water pollution is reduced. Thus, nutrients are better absorbed, water quality does not change, and feed does not decompose.
It is also worth mentioning that Skretting specialists regularly come to the farm and conduct independent veterinary monitoring of fish-check their health, appearance, circulatory system condition, fat ratio, in order to provide balanced feeds that meet the request.
